Living change

Posted by jodietonita on April 2, 2007

I am in the midst of a year long training program designed to hone my skills as a change agent. The vision of the program is to help create a shift in the effectiveness, health, and sustainability of the progressive change movement, it’s people and it’s organizations by training a cadre of dedicated change agents.

Our mission is to become skilled in moving people and groups:
From fear to love and connectedness
From burnout to sustainability
From activity to results
From piecemeal efforts to systemic change

by way of background…

My primary venues for living change are through my:
- intimate relationships (friends and family)
- relationship to my neighbours and my neighbourhood community
- career as a builder, nurturer, facilitator, connector, and convener

I am going to begin again posting the daily practices from our training. This evolution of the posts will come enhanced with some theory of change and personal application mixed in.

More soon…
